How does AVI and MPEG Work

AVI stands for Audio Video Interleave.

MPEG stands for Moving Pictures Expert Group.

AVI files contain video and audio data. It allows video and audio to play in sync. Its a video file that can be uses to publish animations. Its a compressed video file technology.

MPEG is a set of standard adopted pictures by the moving pictures expert group for the compression of digital video and audio data or a file of date compressed according to those standards. A family of formats fir compressing and storing and strong digitalised video and sound.
